These Terms of Service govern your use of Blastar (the “Service”). By accessing or playing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Blastar is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, modified clients, automation, or any tool that gives unfair advantage.
• Disrupt matches or servers (DoS, flooding, exploiting bugs on purpose, etc.).
• Harass other players or post offensive, hateful, or illegal content as your nickname.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or republish the Service’s content or records without permission.

3. Records and rankings

Public rankings (scores, boss kills, PvP kills) are generated by live play. We reserve the right to remove, adjust, or reset entries that appear to result from cheating, abuse, or technical error.

4. Intellectual property

All code, art, sound, boss designs, and game content in Blastar are owned by the Blastar team or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the content except as explicitly permitted.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data persistence, or preservation of every record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
