Response policy

We typically reply within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, US Eastern Time). Replies are written in English or Korean. Replies always come from the same email address; we will never ask for passwords or payment.

What to include in your message

Bug report or stuck match

Subject line: [Bug] short summary. Please include:

Ranking takedown or correction

Send the exact nickname, which board the entry is on (Best scores, Boss kills, or Best killer), and the score, boss type, or kill count you want removed or corrected. We only act on requests we can reasonably tie to the original player.

Privacy or data request

Subject line: [Privacy] access or deletion. Tell us what you want listed, exported, or deleted (nickname records, anonymous logs, IP-region hashes, etc.). We follow the rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Business, partnership, or press

For sponsorship, integration, partnership, or press coverage, please include your company or outlet, the proposed scope, and any timeline. Press kits and screenshots can be sent in reply.

We usually reply within a few business days. Please include enough detail (nickname, time, region, browser, screenshot if possible) so we can reproduce the issue.
